Come along and join us with our Christmas event, where we will have stalls including a Tombola and Toni Burrows prints and Jackie from Funky Foliage, mince pies and a live singer Guy Malkerson.
Toni is a local Artist who make mosaic pictures, she keeps the original artwork, but then gets them made into lovely prints for pictures and cards that you can use for around your home or as a gift.
Jackie from Funky Foliage creates and sells gravity-defying living wall planters, spectacular terrariums and sumptuous hanging gardens: these are truly stunning pieces of living art that are designed to enhance any indoor space.
Guy is an American guitarist singer songwriter born in San Francisco in the early 60s. He has written for the bands he’s played in from his home town, Los Angeles, and currently Bristol, England, where he fronts As Thou Wilt. His main song writing influences are Lennon and McCartney, Pete Townshend, and Phil Ochs.
As a child Guy studied at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. At school he played French Horn and Mellophone in orchestras and bands at Walter Reed Junior High School and North Hollywood High School in California’s San Fernando Valley as well as the Royal Cavaliers marching band. He attended the University of California at Berkeley but left to play bass in the punk band the Undead.
Guy remains a guitarist and vocalist playing locally in Bristol with a steady following. He currently tops the RevebNation folk charts there.
Guy will be with us from 1pm on the day.
