Receive.About the Class: Soul Flow Yoga blends fluid vinyasa, guided breathwork, mindful alignment, and moments of deep, restorative stillness. We’ll begin with grounding meditation, build heat through a dynamic and empowering flow, and weave in occasional yin-inspired postures to release tension and support healing. This soulful practice strengthens the body, engages the core, and reconnects you with breath and inner light. The moderate pace offers space to explore variations, making the class adaptable for anyone seeking either challenge or grounding. Leave feeling balanced, revitalized, and centered for the holiday ahead.
After class, enjoy light snacks, warm herbal tea, sweet treats, and refreshments as we connect and celebrate with our yoga kula community while browsing the TW Shop!
What to Bring: please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (festive holiday attire encouraged!) and bring a yoga mat, preferred props, a towel, and water (available at TW). Stay hydrated!
