For every 10 players I will draw a ticket and the winner gets 1 extra chip for the tournament
Chip Counts:
Under 400 = 6 Chips
400-499 = 5 Chips
500-599 = 4 Chips
600-699 = 3 Chips
28 players or more everyone loses one chip from the chart above
