Zuppa
Bisque di Aragosta — Silky and aromatic lobster bisque.
Primi
Mussels ’Nduja — Mussels, shrimp, garlic, onion, lemon, butter, and white wine simmered with spicy ’nduja.
Capesante all’Italiana — Scallops on the half shell, served three distinct ways.
Secondi
Cioppino — A Northern Italian–style seafood stew with clams, mussels, halibut, shrimp, and scallops in a fragrant tomato–herb broth. Served with rosemary crostini.
Halibut al Forno — Marinated, pan-seared halibut finished in a cherry tomato and white wine sauce. Served with garlic asparagus and rosemary potatoes.
Dolce
Pannacotta Prugna — Creamy panna cotta with house-made brandy-plum reduction, topped with shaved dark chocolate and fresh fruit.
