All are invited to join us at our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, held at 9 PM this Tuesday, December 24. This is a service of carols, readings, prayers and contemplation that honors the spirit of the season at this time of solstice and the seasonal message of love, care and welcome to all. Our Candlelight Service has always been acknowledged as one of the highlights of our UU congregational year, and this year promises to be no different. Our Senior Minister, the Rev. Alan Taylor, will lead us, with readings from various members of the congregation. Notably, this will be our last Christmas Eve service under the musical direction of our Minister of Music, the Rev. Dr. Ed Thompson, who will be retiring at the end of the month, after serving this congregation for over 40 years.
There is plenty of free parking, and we are wheelchair accessible. For more details, feel free to call the congregation's office at 203.227.7205 x 10.
We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday evening.
