WOD (Women in Office Design) Birmingham team presents a guided walking tour of Digbeth in partnership with Flokk UK & Overbury.
A fun way for architects and designers to learn about this cool and hip neighbourhood of Birmingham. Spaces are limited so book early if you wish to join this group tour with other like-minded designers.
Digbeth is one of the most distinctive parts of the city and is less than ten minutes walk from Bullring & Grand Central. It has been named the 'Coolest Neighbourhood in Britain' by the Sunday Times, hailing the Custard Factory's cafes, independent shops, cinemas and arts venues, whilst celebrating 'the best bar snacks in the postcode' from The Old Crown.
The tour will start at the Custard factory and will cover places like Floodgate Street and Fazeley and Bond (externally) then looping back down Heath Mill Lane to end up back at Lower Trinity Street.
We will end the tour at the Wine Freedom (TBC) for drinks, networking and a Christmas raffle game.
