Set against the lush backdrop of Currumbin Valley, join us for an extraordinary Christmas Day Lunch that celebrates the very best of an Australiana Christmas – a unique blend of tradition, summer flavours, and festive luxury.

Christmas Day Lunch
Your day begins in The Glasshouse, where the Christmas celebrations commence with a luxury Champagne Bar featuring an exquisite selection of world-renowned champagnes.
Paired with this, guests will be treated to a showstopping seafood and charcuterie grazing table, alongside freshly shucked oysters at the oyster bar. All presented with elegant festive décor, it is the ultimate prelude to an indulgent Christmas feast.
At 12.30pm, guests will make their way to The Manor, where a six-course chef-curated menu awaits – reimagining classic Christmas flavours with a refined Australian twist, elevated with native ingredients and seasonal produce.

For festive dining, we will require full prepayment upon making a reservation, which will then be non-refundable.
