Over the winter months, join us for some introductory sessions on wellbeing techniques and some mindful crafting activities.
For our November meetup, we'll be getting together for some Creative Christmas Crafting!
Exact details to follow, but you can expect it to involve making some willow weaving creations with our volunteer, Jo.
Refreshments will be provided during the activity.
Spaces will be limited for this one to make sure we have enough materials and room for everyone!
