1. CrossRoads UMC Vendor Craft Fair will be a one-day event, from 9AM-2PM.2. Vendor set-up will be on the day of the event from 7AM-9AM. All vendors must check it at the main entrance to be given the location of their spot. Vendors with locations closer to the rear door can load and unload from that door after checking in. All vendor displays must remain intact until 2PM the day of the show. All vendors must be checked-in by 8AM or reservation will be considered defaulted. All items must be removed by 4PM the day of the show.
3. All types of items sold must be listed in the contract. No items outside those listed in the contract may be sold. CrossRoads reserves the right to limit the number of participating vendors within the same genre and to refuse any vendor application.
4. Priority will be given to vendors that are artisans and crafters who hand craft items. Commercial vendors will be considered for participating in our fair should there be available space. Commercial vendors are defined as those selling wares as a representative for a corporation (Tupperware, Avon, Pampered Chef).
5. CrossRoads UMC will be selling food during the fair. Crafters may sell no other food items unless authorized by CrossRoads.
6. Vendors must supply their own extension cord if they have purchased electrical access. Maximum electrical limit per booth is 225 watts.
7. Prohibitions: Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the church, no alcoholic beverages, no pets (except service animals).
8. Nothing can be taped, tacked, or otherwise fastened to the walls, ceiling, or floors. Walkways must remain clear at all times (you must keep within your taped area): you may not display products in any aisle or walkway. Please try to decorate your space as tastefully as possible.
9. There is no ATM on the premises. We will not have the resources to make change.
10. Venders are solely responsible for the care, custody, and control of their property or equipment.
11. CrossRoads UMC shall not be held responsible for accidents or injury during the event and shall not be held liable for damage or loss to any crafter’s property through theft, fire, accident or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
12. Vender shall be responsible for any damage to CrossRoads UMC property beyond normal wear and tear and shall reimburse CrossRoads UMC for all costs and expenses for repairing said damage.
13. Parking: One vehicle per vendor may park at the door for unloading purposes only and immediately move the vehicle to the far side of the parking lot to allow for guests to use prime spots. Everyone must follow the one-way traffic loop.
14. There will be no refunds of booth rentals: no exceptions
