For newbies to baking, Class One is starting with some basic Christmas standards, Snickerdoodles and Inside Out Red Velvet Cookies.
In this class you will:
* learn the secrets to perfectly golden, chewy cookies
* learn simple ways to dress up basic cookies
* discuss different ways to package cookies for gifting to friends, neighbours and co-workers.
You will leave class with 2 dozen delicious cookies to share with your family, give as gifts... or hide in your desk at the office.
