Christmas cookies: A French tradition

Join us to learn about the French tradition of Christmas petits cookies.
At the beginning of the month of December, every year, each family prepare a variety of traditional Christmas cookies. They will be kept in cute tin boxes and gifted to friends and family as Christmas gets closer.
Each family has their own recipes, My French Recipe is sharing with you its own tradition.

• Sables Vanille (Vanilla shortbread): Crunchy shortbread made with vanilla beans from Madagascar.
• Craquelés au chocolate (Crinkeled chocolate cookies): Moist and delicious.
• Petits pains d'epices: (Mini gingerbread loafs):
• Bar epices et chocolate (Gingerbread and chocolate cookie bars)
• Take your petit Christmas cookies in a cute tin box to share with your family.

What to expect:

• Class limited to 14 students
• Class is hands on
• Classes is about 3 hours long
• BYOB
• You'll receive all the recipes by emails
