It is the best time for cookie decorating! Do you want to have cookies to serve at your Christmas or Holiday get together? Need a night out with your friends? We will begin the evening with chicken finger wraps and salad (which is included with your ticket). The Hamburg Moose has a full bar where you can purchase beverages of your choice. You will learn tricks to no-spread cutout cookies and get royal icing recipes which dry beautifully and leave a shine. We will discuss recipes and preparation do’s and don’ts. You will learn about frosting consistencies and when and where to use each. You will be provided 10 cookies. You will learn outlining (piping) techniques, flooding techniques, wet on wet techniques and practice making a decorative transfer. We will end the evening discussing storage and packaging.
Each student will leave with 10 decorated cookies, cookie and icing recipes, and your very own scribe which makes cookie decorating easier plus a box to take all your items home. You bring nothing!
Classes are geared to anyone age 12 and up and is on a first come first serve basis. Class cost is $50. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Each will need a ticket.

There is a lot of preparation by the instructor for these classes. For this reason, substitutions are permitted but no refunds will be given. If a class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or other emergency, a weather date will be set, or a full refund will be offered.
