The Beers & Pairings:
- Tripel Trouble (Belgian Tripel)
- Cookie Pairing: Ginger cookie, sugar cookie, or any other holiday cookie with warming spices. Think "sugar and spice and everything nice" vibes – a perfect match for this rich, fruity, and spiced Belgian-style brew.
- Process is the Reward (English Mild)
- Cookie Pairing: A toffee, brown butter, or chocolate chip cookie with a hint of nuttiness (without actual nuts!). The malty smoothness of this English Mild is the ideal complement to cookies with a buttery sweetness and depth.
- Apex Predator (Imperial Stout)
