Every year we hold this event to help a family in need. We do this through raffle donations from community businesses, event T-Shirt sales as Big Frog of Clearwater donates a portion of the sales to the family, pictures with Santa for the kids and other donations. The main event is a FREE martial arts inspired workout in the park led by 4 different instructors. All cash donations and proceeds go to the family we adopted.
This community has no shortage of families in need this year. Unfortunately we can only help one with this fundraiser. It isn't life changing but it is a hand up.
We review all submitted families as a team and we pick one. The only requirement is that the family has to have a child or children. The family can use the money for whatever they need or want to use it for. We do ask that we are able to share the family's basic story and reason for need but we do not need to share their names or personal information.
