3pm- 4.30pm Winter Wreath-Making Workshop (with Donna of BlackDog Farm) €30

Christmas Breathwork Journey: 11am -2pm €60
Embark on magical healing journey of self discovery & inner exploration using your own breath to connect to deeper parts of yourself. A full mind & body reset.
Healing Breath is a holistic and psychotherapeutic approach to self-care and self-healing which can work on all levels including your physical mental and emotional well-being.
The active breath helps to move internal energy and tap into the natural healing system of the body. It helps to balance the brain and nervous system clear out tension & stuck energy expand insight clarity and intuition. It opens the heart giving a full mind and body reset leaving you feel lighter and relaxed with a deep sense of inner peace.

Winter Wreath-Making Workshop 3pm- 4.30pm €30
Afterwards, you also have the option to attend a wonderfully festive Wreath Making Workshop with Donna of Blackdog Farm for a Crafternoon of wreath making. Everything you need to create your own wreath using natural materials and plants consciously collected in nature on the farm, as you weave your custom wreaths into fruition.
