No sugar-coating it, 2025 was a tough year! Markets wobbled, plans shifted, a few “quick wins” turned into “learning opportunities”, and more than one pitch deck met a quiet end.And yet… there's a lot to celebrate.
This year we welcomed new founders into the Taranaki ecosystem, saw a couple of sharp new startups take flight, and watched our community back each other in all the best ways — with ideas, intros, coffees, and the occasional “you’ve got this” at just the right moment.
