Dear VBCS Members, Santa is calling, and Christmas is just around the corner! We are excited to announce the VBCS Christmas Celebration on Sunday, December 22nd, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the UVic Grad Room.
Please confirm your attendance by filling out the attached Excel spreadsheet and submitting it no later than 15th December. This event is open to VBCS members and their immediate guests. The registration fee is $5 CAD per person (for both members and adult guests). Registration can be confirmed following the link shared in the "Tickets" option.

This year’s festivities include a potluck-style dinner, with the main dish generously sponsored by VBCS. Additional details on potluck contributions will follow soon.
Important Notes:
- Each adult participant is required to bring a gift valued at a maximum of $10, either wrapped or in a gift bag. For example, if you are attending with three adults in your family, please bring three individual gifts.
- Registration and payment must be completed by the December 15th to secure your spot.
