About this Event
On this years festive artisan bread making class we'll be making fluffy bread rolls with spelt flour.
Participants will have the choice to leave them plain or to mix it up and add seeds, sundried tomatoes and olives to some of their rolls.
You'll learn the techniques for making a heathier loaf, shape it into perfect little rolls and get it all ready to bake on the big day.
As soon as you get home pop it in the freezer, and when defrosted add the optional camembert to go into the oven.
We'll also be making biscotti to gift, and get a demonstration on the perfect mince pies, easy to make in minutes!
No experience is necessary.
