🎅 A festive date for your diaries!! 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
On Sunday 21st December, Grills Grills Grills will be back at The Hop Station for a kitchen takeover 1400-1800 (such bloody luxury, INDOORS!!) and we will have musical support between 1700-1900 with the FANTASTIC Malc Evans Music (IYKYK) 🎸 🎤 🎶 🎵 🍺 🍻 🍷
Really excited by this event and we are thinking of doing the usual Xmas bbq (full menu coming soon) but maybe with some preorder extras available …..
It’ll probably look something like:
Big cobs, toasted sandwiches with crusty bread, loaded mini roast potatoes with:
🦃 Overnight citrus and herb brined smoked turkey (‘tis MOIST!)
🐖 Home smoked ham with a mustard maple and marmalade glaze
🥓 Giant PIBs (Pig In Blanket - PIBs are for life, not just for Christmas!)
➡️ Homemade gravy pot for dipping
➡️ Optional additions of crispy bacon, Brie, homemade mulled with cranberry sauce, homemade pink pickled onions and pickled red cabbage. Maybe a crispy onion and some chives for a bit of greenery, just to keep your mom happy.

We are also toying with the idea of a limited amount of bbq sharing platters - these would be on a preorder basis only and would include pulled pork, brisket or beef rib, turkey, PIB, pickles, pit beans, mac, sauces etc. If this floats your boat. Let us know!!
