About this Event
Join us for our 21st annual Christmas at the Farm! Open your heart and help us spread the love to children living in crisis centers and group homes this Christmas.
The kids will be here from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM but volunteer shifts start at 11:30am and end at 3:45 pm. This is a highly popular event because it FEELS SO DARN GOOD.
While LOVE comes free of charge this Christmas, if you'd like to contribute to the well-being of our cherished herd or provide a special item from our Amazon wish list, your generous donation is greatly appreciated. Let's make this holiday season unforgettable for these children!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
- Horse Leader/Side Walker: Assist in horseback riding (Leaders must be current Hunkapi Level 1 Volunteers.
- Nut-n-Cracker: Assist in decorating sugar cookies, arts and crafts, visiting Santa and more!
- Head Elves: Responsible for a group of kids throughout the entire event.
- Holiday Meal Team: Assist in the food department and keeping fires lit.
DONATION OPPORTUNITIES:
- Sponsor a Hunkapi Therapeutic Riding Horse for the day - $50
- Contribute towards hose care, beanies, etc.
- The farm has a Christmas list of our own! to help make this the best Christmas ever!
