Join us at St Anne’s Cathedral this December as Peter Corry and special guests return to celebrate all things Merry and Bright in ‘Christmas at the Cathedral 2024’
Peter and his line up of exceptional performers will ring in the Christmas bells with traditional Christmas melodies and festive favourites.
While there may be some much loved, familiar faces, we promise to always bring something new each year - after all, what is Christmas without a few surprises!
Arco String Quartet
Founded in Belfast in 2003, Arco String Quartet was formed when husband and wife Clare and Richard Hadwen met whilst members of The Ulster Orchestra. Since their formation the Quartet has firmly established themselves in the Northern Ireland music industry.
Sarah Richmond
Northern Irish mezzo Sarah Richmond, praised as “full bodied in presence and sound” (The Times) won the 2021 Toronto Mozart Vocal Competition and was finalist at the 2022 Montserrat Caballé Competition in Teatro Real.
Most recently, Sarah toured Argene in Vivaldi’s L’Olimpiade for Irish National Opera/Royal Opera House/Nouvel Opéra Fribourg.
The BSPA Voices
What is Christmas without your own special traditions? After 5 years of Christmas at the Cathedral, we have our very own Christmas Traditions - The BSPA Voices! The BSPA Voices will be led by maestro Ashley Fulton MBE, who will Musically Direct the evening, bringing musical joy and Christmas Magic to St Anne’s.
Expect to be captivated by festive classics and favourites.
