Christmas at The Blue Pool - Visit Santa

Step into a magical woodland setting and make this Christmas season truly special with a visit to Santa in his grotto at The Blue Pool. Designed for children of all ages, this enchanting experience includes a festive trail leading to Santa's grotto, opportunities to take photos on Santa's sleigh, and meet Santa himself to receive a special Christmas gift

Here’s what you need to know to plan your visit and what to expect on the day.

What Happens on the Day

• Arrival and Check-In: Arrive at The Blue Pool during your chosen morning or afternoon time slot and show your ticket confirmation email at the gate. You’ll receive the next available time slot to visit Santa and a special ticket.

• Enter the Christmas Village: When it’s time for your slot, follow the festive trail and present your special ticket to Santa's elf at the entrance to the grotto.

Booking your visit

Select Your Date and Time: Choose the date and either a morning or afternoon time slot for your visit.

Ticket Selection:

• Every child who wishes to enter the grotto to meet Santa must have a Visit Santa ticket.
• All other visitors (including adults and children not visiting Santa) will need a General Admission ticket to enter The Blue Pool.
• Children under 5 who are not visiting Santa can enter The Blue Pool for free.

Important Information

• Accompanying Adults: Up to 2 adults may accompany each child into Santa's grotto. These adults do not need a Visit Santa ticket but must have a general admission ticket.

• Children Under 5: General admission to The Blue Pool is free for under 5s but they will need a Visit Santa ticket if they wish to meet Santa and receive a gift.

Members: Members of The Blue Pool receive free general admission with a membership card. If you have a family or child membership card, please contact The Blue Pool directly to book Visit Santa tickets and receive your 10% discount.
