As one of our Elves guides your family through your visit, find out which family members are on the Naughty list, help Mrs Claus in the kitchen and enjoy her interactive show, discover Candy Cane Lane and maybe help the Elves’ preparations for the big day. After you’ve had a audience with Father Christmas, the big man himself, the little ones can choose a toy from his toyshop and even write him a letter to remind him of any last minute requests. It’s a fantastic festive experience and we can’t wait to share it with you in 2024!
Please note that this is a group experience though there will be the opportunity to have family photos with Father Christmas individually.
