Advent Calendar at ECTC in Soham
Join us to make a reusable fabric Christmas advent calendar. During the session, you will work on a panel and be shown how to attach the pockets, apply wadding backing and bind your finished project to your own unique taste.
There will be the opportunity to practice and ask questions throughout the sessions. You will also be provided with handouts out in class and given references to online video support.
What do I need to bring?
Your tutor will provide you with the resources needed for this workshop. Please do bring the following with you:
- Sewing machine
- Sewing machine manual (if you have it)
- Sewing kit (thread, scissors, etc)
- Rotary cutter, cutting mat and acrylic ruler (these can be provided to use if required)
What to expect?
At the East Cambridgeshire Training Centre we pride ourselves on having a friendly team that are welcoming and ready to support you. Our multiply sessions are led by an experienced, supportive tutor that will help you to be successful!
Please note we run all our courses based on a minimum number of participants.
