Christmas 2025 Afternoon Tea at the Langstone Quays Hotel, Hayling Island.
Come and join us at our festive afternoon tea which this year will be held in the Spinnaker Suite at the Langstone Quays Hotel in Hayling Island.
10:30 - arrival tea, coffee & biscuits - bring a project to work on or use the one in your goody bag!
13:30 - Christmas afternoon tea with a selection of seasonal treats, cakes and savouries … if you would like a glass of sparkles, that can be added as an extra on the day!
16:00 - finish for the day.
The cost would be £60 which includes all the above and a goody bag with a small project in that you can either do on the day or gift.
Terms and conditions for booking
All prices are inclusive of VAT, set at the current rate of 20%. Should this change, the final price of the Seeded Getaway Christmas Afternoon Tea may also change.
If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, Seeded will make every effort to resell your place. If this proves impossible, any balance, over and above the non-refundable deposit of £10.00 (which is included in the price of £65.00) will be subject to the following cancellation charges:-
Cancellation more than 4 weeks before the event: 50% of the booking value (less non-refundable deposit of £10.00)
Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before the event: 80% of the booking value (less non-refundable deposit of £10.00)
Cancellation between 2 weeks and the event itself, including non-arrivals: 100% of the booking value.
The cancellation fee will be based on when we receive your notification to cancel and is to cover the cost of the pre-paid hotel booking, outgoing costs, and the product kit ordered prior to the event.
