D-DAY TODAY!As many of our readers will know, today, the 20th January 2025, is D-Day, the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States of America, Donald J Trump, or as he is known to his many detractors, enemies and those suffering from TDS*, 'Orange Man Bad'.
Whatever your political views (if any) there is no doubt that today is a turning point in history. Not only for the USA, but for the entire world. Much hinges on what President Trump will do in the coming weeks, months and years, always assuming he lives long enough to do anything at all!
Early comments on social media reported by Canadian broadcaster and author Mark Steyn suggest that the new President is already chucking a few spanners into the machinery of the Deep State. Among them is the news that the Donald will REJECT our Sturmbannführer Starmer's choice of Peter Mandelson as the new UK ambassador to the USA. Mandelson, whose many serious crimes (both political and financial) earned him the title 'Prince of Darkness', is not a nice man. If his rejection is true, the good citizens of America have dodged a very nasty bullet indeed.
