Join us in the heart of Forest Row, on the edge of the magical Ashdown Forest, for a festive fusion of movement, mindfulness, and a sprinkle of Christmas cheer.
We’ll begin with a 10k guided run on mixed terrain — forest trails, quiet country lanes, and scenic paths dressed in their winter colours. Expect an easy, social pace with plenty of good conversation, laughter, and perhaps the odd Santa hat or jingle bell along the way.
After the run, at 12:30hrs, we’ll head straight into a 1-hour warm yoga session, designed to stretch, restore, and reset after the miles. Think soft candlelight, gentle festive music, and time to breathe deeply during the holiday period.
To round things off, we’ll share mince pies, juice, and good company — the perfect way to celebrate the season, reflect on the year’s adventures, and find stillness before stepping into the next one.
This experience is open to all abilities — whether you’re a runner wanting to unwind, a yogi ready to explore the trails, or someone who simply loves the balance of outdoor adventure and mindful movement.
