Christian Wallowing Bull
is one of these once-in-a-generation artists. A member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, the folk/blues artist has ties to The Crow Indian Reservation in Montana and The Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming.
Wallowing Bull is an independent artist that first gained recognition in the music scene in 2020 with a self-produced five-song EP, titled Warrior. It was only a year later in 2021 that he would go on to win the 1st place $5,000 grand prize in the Wyoming Singer-Songwriter Competition. Ever since that time he has performed at major music festivals, museums, and theaters from Montana to New Mexico. It was in 2024 that he opened for the Grammy Award winning band Portugal, The Man in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He also opened for Chelsea Wolfe in Salt Lake City, Utah.
With a voice like thunder and an ancestral power in his writing, he has been leaving his growing audience and following in complete awe.
