THIS FRIDAY! Christian Inspired Yoga is a Vinyasa-style class that blends breath and movement in a thoughtful, flowing sequence. Guided by a Christian-themed playlist, the practice offers both physical challenge, and spiritual connection. You'll be encouraged to move with intention, finding moments of reflection and gratitude throughout the class.
Open to all levels, this class provides options and modifications so beginners feel supported and experienced practitioners can deepen their practice.
During final relaxation (savasana), Janet offers a silent prayer over each participant while placing a cool, lavender-infused washcloth gently on your forehead - creating a peaceful, grounding experience to close your practice.
Though rooted in Christian beliefs, this class welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and spiritual paths who are open to a mindful, heart-centered experience.
This class does require 24 hour notice to cancel. If canceled less than 24 hours prior to class, refunds will not be given.
