Guest Speaker

Guinevere Gorman is the Founder and Director of Redemption Dance Institute a not-for-profit dance school and the Founder and Owner of Grace Roofing a for profit community-based roofing company. She started these companies in the early 2000's after years of working alongside her father in their family owned and operated medical equipment company. She was homeschooled her entire life, graduated through New York State and Loving Education at Home in 2000. She then went on to obtain her bachelors in Public Relations & Communications Degree through Siena and U.A.G.C. She has traveled all over the world for both pleasure as well as missions and helped build an orphanage in Kenya and served for years at an orphanage in Mexico. She also served as a youth pastor at a local community church.

From a young age she knew she loved dance and wanted to start a dance school for any child who was willing to learn. She had a beautiful Christ centered role model and dance instructor who poured into her and allowed her to work off her dance class costs enabling her to continue her dance education. This act of generosity sparked the desire to start a dance school and provide lessons whether a child could afford it or not. Today, Redemption Dance Institute raises an annual fund and scholarships 20 percent of their students from within the communities of Delmar and Greenville where the studios are located.

Roofing was unplanned but became a passion for Guinevere and an avenue of provision for her family in a time of great need. She has high admiration for preserving historic structures and maintaining time appropriate systems for them. She loves the team that stands with her each day at Grace Roofing who is more like family than employees. She formatted the company to serve the simplest and the most complex roof systems transforming her community one roof at a time!

Her greatest honor in life is that she is mother two her three children, Grant (15), London (13) and Nova (9 Months) and wife to Nigel Gorman. Guinevere serves on three boards outside of CWBC, The NY State Better Business Bureau, NY State Fellowship of Christian Athletes and The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.
