Heather Callahan brings more than a decade of experience in building teams and helping small businesses grow. With a strong background in building systems, developing teams, and creating sustainable impact, Heather brings practical strategies to help organizations flourish. Beyond technical expertise, her work reflects a deep commitment to using business as a tool for positive change—ensuring that growth creates meaningful opportunities for people and communities.

From a young age, Heather has had a deep passion for loving people well and glorifying God by advocating for justice and bringing light into dark places. Currently, Heather serves as the National Operations Director at Her Song, a ministry of the Tim Tebow Foundation, where she has been since 2021. She is committed to using her skills and heart for service to raise awareness about human trafficking and expand access to resources and safe housing for survivors.
