As part of our “Back to School Emphasis”, Pastor Will is excited about teaching a 31 week intensive study titled, “Christian Believer”. It combines the study of Scripture and Christian belief. A limited number of participants will be able to take this class “face to face”. Others, can participate on Zoom. For now, it will be offered on Tuesdays at 2pm or 7pm.
Your commitment includes a half hour to forty five minutes of reading 6 days a week in preparation for the class that will last approximately 2 hours.
You’ll need to maintain a discipline and take notes on what you are reading for the class meeting discussion.
You’ll need to purchase the Christian Believer Study Manual (red book) and Christian Believer Readings (white book). They are available at Cokesbury.com as well as Amazon.com. (Compare the prices!)
If you want to take this class and the cost of books is preventing you, please contact Pastor Will or Joyce Munt as soon as possible, and they will be provided.
The first class begins on Tuesday, October 6. It will last about an hour and a half. I’ll explain the class outline, the Study Manual, and Readings at that time. We’ll take mutually agreed upon breaks in our meeting schedule for holidays.
