Christchurch Women's Circle

Women of Christchurch, are you ready to connect with Mother Nature, yourself and each other? Join us for a transformative Womens Circle, where we will “plant the seed of intention” and nurture our roots in a sacred space of sisterhood. In this circle we will look at where we place out intentions, manifestation and the art of caring for ourselves first in order to get to where we want to be.

Come as you are, leave feeling empowered and deeply connected.

This is a space for the women of Christchurch to meet together in circle.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat or something to sit on/ lay on
• Pillow and blanket to make yourself warm and comfy
• Water, pen and journal
• Feel free to bring something that is dear to you - a trinket, crystal, picture of someone you love, etc. You are welcome to place this in the middle of the circle

What to expect in your circle:

• Meditation
• A chance to be creative (drawing)
• Journalling and writing
• Circle sharing (only if comfortable to do so)
• Learning how to set out intentions for our ultimate dreams - planting the seed of intention
• Oracle cards
• A chance to chat & connect with other women after circle has finished

Who a Women's Circle is for:

• Women who seek friendship with other women, but struggle to find that deep connection
• Mothers and daughters (15+ years old) wanting to spend some time connecting
• Women who are not quite comfortable attending a social event (you are invited to come as you are, there is no pressure to have to speak or be anyone other than yourself)
• Friends who want to do something unique together
• Women only, and those who identify as female
• 15 years old and over
• A space for you to enjoy, surrounded by like minded women who seek the same connection as you
• Women who are seeking to give themselves self love (you deserve it!)
• Those who love crystals, mother nature, oracle cards and divine feminine connection

Who a Women's Circle is not for:

• Men and those who identify as male
• Those who are seeking councelling or therapy, this is simply not the place for this
• Those who feel they may bring in more negative energy and bring the group down
• 14 years and under
• People who want to advertise their business, this is not the place
• Anyone who is judgemental, racist, agist, sexist, there to push religion onto others, those who need to push agendas, political views or other opinions that have nothing to do with the group

Note: You must be 15 years and over to attend this event. Photos will be taken at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let Carissa know prior. This is an inclusive space. All women of all different abilities, disabilties, social axiety or other, LGBTQ, etc

Circle Rules - Please note that you agree to these when purchasing your ticket

1. We speak with intention

2. We listen with attention, compassion and curiosity

3. We contribute to the well being of the group

4. What we say in circle is held in confidence

5. We can ask for what we need, and offer what we can

6. We do not offer advice unless we have permission from the speaker

7. We do not interrupt another member whilst they are speaking

8. We agree to observe a pause when needed, to gather our thoughts, for process or for focus

9. We are mindful of how long we speak for, so as to allow all members to share

10. We have our mobile devices off unless we have discussed any emergency reason why our mobiles might need to be on with the facilitator

11. We always treat each other with loving kindness

12. We always ask consent before giving a hug
