The Christchurch Motorway Half Marathon will be held on Sunday, 1 March 2026, starting and finishing at Canterbury A&P Park.Enjoy a fast, focused outing on the Christchurch Southern Motorway pathways with no vehicles on the course. The motorway hums beside you while you move in peace.
This event welcomes everyone—from first timers to elites. The flat, speedy course is built for personal bests across the Half Marathon, 10km, and 5km.
You can run, walk, or run a bit and walk a bit. There is a walking section in all three distances, and the Kidz Dash is a 2km run for young racers.
