A Christ-centered meditation group gathering in nature, devoted to deepening faith and inner stillness through guided breathwork, prayer, and meditation rooted in Scripture. Surrounded by God’s creation, participants quiet the mind, open the heart, and reflect on the presence of Christ, allowing biblical truths to guide their breathing, contemplation, and communal prayer. All are welcome.
Blanket, towel, or chair reccomended. Location will be on the grass above Picnic Beach at Cliff Dr. and Myrtle St.
