This Introductory Workshop is open to the public and everybody is invited to attend! The event will be held at Pleasant Valley Church located at: 2055 Pleasant Valley Rd. Niles, Ohio 44446located at the "Blue Recreation" Building behind the church.
For those who are curious about yoga or what makes my practice “Christ-centered”,
This workshop will answer your questions.
Workshop Schedule:
9:00AM - 9:15 am | Welcome and Orientation
9:15 – 9:45am | Oral Presentation (including history of yoga, general yoga practice, anatomy, and alignment)
9:45 - 10:00 am | Q&A, Break, set up for yoga practice
10:00 – 10:55 am | Christ-centered Yoga Practice
10:55 - 11:00 pm | Closing, Q&A, Dismissal

Fee - $10 per participant

-Women at ANY fitness level. Age 13-17 may attend with a parent or guardian.
-No experience is required.
-Wear clothes that allow you to move and breathe comfortably.
-Bring a blanket and bottle of water.
If you do not have a mat, one will be provided for you.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Christ-centered with Biblical meditation woven with traditional & fundamental
yoga postures and breathwork that introduce and cultivate the principles of foundation, alignment, and focus.
Appropriate for all levels.
*Chair yoga is practiced in/with a chair at all times. Otherwise, we are on the floor with a yoga mat.
