Chrissy Renick is a young, passionate, singer/songwriter whose sound can most easily be described as authentic. With a unique blend of styles, she presents a delicate balance of the piano-powered soul of Alicia Keys and the production of Zero 7. Based in St. Louis, her music has garnered the attention of some of STL’s finest musicians and critics who doubtlessly agree that Chrissy has the golden voice that will lead her to success.
Renick’s greatest strength lies in an unmistakable vocal style, which manages to be powerful yet intimate. Musical savy is not the only thing keeping people’s attention, for the lyrical content and emotional depth of her music is more than obvious during a live performance. Her debut EP, A Thousand Shades, encompasses sounds of vibrant magic.
