Blue Mont Stays presents Chris Hendricks at White Horse Black Mountain in conjunction with a day of celebrating our town's 132nd birthday and community leaders who helped us through Hurricane Helene.Keynote Speaker, Musician, Maker of Things
Chris Hendricks has reached over 100,000 people, young and old, from all walks of life throughout the US, Canada, and Europe using music, spoken word and personal stories of transformation. Being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at the age of 4 has given him a unique perspective on leadership, success, creativity and self-worth.
He strives to teach living in the potential we are all born to be. He brings this perspective to light in front of elementary schools, up through colleges to law firms and major corporations. His love of performance has allowed him to share the stage with songwriting heroes Delta Rae, Amy Grant and others. Songwriting has connected my music to major radio stations like NPR, the NHL and even the Louvre in France.
“Chris’ life story is like a beautiful ballad that has fluid movement, graceful moments and inspiring emotions. He is an artist, an inspirational speaker and believes passionately in sharing his message of loving kindness, hope and the value of each and every person’s life. I am so blessed and honored to have worked with Chris as he provided an inspirational speech and concert to a professional marketing audience who had an interest in understanding how to blend meaning and purpose in their lives. Chris is a stunning example of being truly human.”
