Chris Chalmers - frontman of The 2:19, once described as the "illegitimate offspring of a one night stand between Stevie Marriott and Maggie Bell", has been turning heads on the international Blues scene with three acclaimed albums since 2021, earning nominations at the UK Blues Awards in 2023 and 2024. The band's most recent album spent two months at no.2 on the UK IBBA chart earlier this year with the album Keep My Will Strong.
