o Printed and signed Physical Training Waiver (link below). You must bring a new waiver to every workout.

o WATER, FLASHLIGHT, and a WORKOUT MAT
o Appropriate workout attire: Black T-shirt preferred but white is permissible (tucked in), dark workout bottoms (shorts, sweats, or workout leggings), and athletic shoes. Have your last name in all block letters printed on the back of your shirt.
