I STRONGLY SUGGEST IF YOU NEED A PRACTICE RUN, BE THERE FRIDAY THE 13TH. Time Onlies are limited to 1.5 hour & Futurity horses have priority.

FUTURITY HORSES: 5yrs & younger, 1st yr of competition.
DERBY HORSES: 7yrs & younger. 2 YEARS ELIGIBILITY ONLY...MEANING: If you futurity your horse as a 4 yr old you are eligible your 5 & 6 yr old year only. If you futurity your horse as a 5 yr old, you are eligible your 6 & 7 yr old year, & we will be checking!
PRE ENTRY DRAW to be POSTED no later than Wednesday March 11th.
PENS & HOOKUPS AVAILABLE upon arrival at the fairgrounds. See Jodi Branco located just past second gate on the left coming in, in front of the permanent restrooms.
PORTABLES:
YES, ACROSS THE STREET in the grass field ONLY!! Fairgrounds is no longer accepting portables or overnight tie ups on the fairgrounds. IF it RAINS a TON the grass lot will be CLOSED as we do not have the ability to pull people out.
PLEASE BE SURE TO PAY FOR YOUR STALLS AND HOOK UPS FIRST!! WE ARE CHARGED FOR EVERY STALL & HOOK UP. DOING SO, TAKING (STEALING) WITHOUT BEING PAID WILL RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION! Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

VENDORS Please contact Kathy Branco 559-250-9028 for PRE APPROVAL. $100 for 10 X 10 for 3 days. $150 for 10 x 20. VENDOR SPACE MUST BE PRE APPROVED AND PAID 1 WEEK PRIOR TO BARREL RACE. If not paid in advance your spot will be given to vendor on waiting list. VENDOR SPACE IS LIMITED!! All Vendor money goes to Barrel Racing Awards.
