Welcome to Nursery Rhyme Land, where Little Miss Muffet – employee of the Curds and Whey dairy - is getting set to win first prize in a grand milkshake competition. The grass is green, the sun is shining and all looks good until evil ice-cream man Baron Frost enters the scene. Desperate to win at all costs, he kidnaps Ermintrude - the dairy's prize cow – hiding her in his lair under the watch of a giant spider. Can Miss Muffet and her friends save the day? Only if she can overcome her deep rooted arachnophobia and find the true hero inside herself.
This Chorlton Players pantomime is a new take on the classical nursery rhyme that includes all of your favourite pantomime tropes – a Dame, slapstick humour, water pistols and shouts of 'he's behind you' - all set to an 80's soundtrack. For lovers of pantomime and nursery rhymes of all ages.
