Remember, there are no memberships required to join us! And if you miss choreography night (Monday, September 8 that doesn’t mean you can’t come another time😊). You can drop in for $5 cash or Venmo any time! If you want to join us virtually you go to the website, sign up, and pay directly on the site. Make sure if you are a virtual trainer you have zoom downloaded before hand, and you have to join with video and audio to start- if you want to shut these off after we begin you totally can! I’ll see you on September 8! No mats, bring your sweatbands and some water because we’re gonna work! A special September challenge will be announced on Monday, September 8 as well! Whoot Whoot!
