"Positivity as resistance" describes using positivity to oppose negativity, oppression, or unwanted change. This can take several forms, such as using joy to sustain activism, a personal practice of countering negative self-talk with positive affirmations, or managing change by engaging with positive and constructive communication rather than solely negative opposition. In this service, we’ll contemplate how positivity could play a role in the year ahead. You are welcome to join us in our Sanctuary (10804-119 street) or via online (please go to uce.ca for links).
