We are teaming up with Advanced Progressive Nursing to present "Chopped Kitchen, Diabetes Style!"
Join us for a unique approach to diabetic management with an emphasis on lifestyle, self-management with educational tools, food options on a budget, and how to balance menu planning for patients with multiple disease processes.
