Managing blood sugar through dietary choices can be challenging. Join students from Albany Medical College to cook brunch favorites and learn more about foods and nutritional strategies to keep your blood sugar under control while still enjoying your favorite foods. Whether you have been diagnosed with diabetes, have a family history or you are simply trying to be more conscious, this session is for you.
