That is exactly why Choose954 is teaming up with The Plunge Recovery Station in Deerfield Beach to host a Community Plunge + Sauna Meetup, a guided contrast therapy experience built around science, sustainability, and feeling better in your body so you can keep showing up for your life.
This is not about extremes or chasing trends.

The Plunge was founded by Jason Foltz after eight years of traveling the world racing Ironman events. He learned firsthand that training alone does not build longevity. Recovery does.
Cold plunging and sauna became part of his routine, not something he did occasionally. The results were simple and undeniable.
