Beer and Chocolate Pairing
As part of our Choctoberfest series Origins Chocolate Bar is thrilled to be partnering with Wildeye Brewing for another fun-flavoured chocolate & beer pairing experience.
"Chocolate and BEER?!" you say?
To which we reply with an enthusiastic, "YES!"
Everyone loves the romantic notion of chocolate and wine - but the complementary flavour profiles of beer match up much better with chocolate. Whether it's crisp citrusy notes, smooth malty notes, or darker caramely notes there is much to explore and enjoy when combining finely crafted beer with artisanal chocolate.
During this very special tasting we'll be sampling four different brews from Wildeye and matching them up with four different craft chocolate bars.
Taking place inside Wildeye Brewing's very own brewery.
Only for grown-ups… who have a bit of a kid inside.
