Chocolate – one of the little luxuries of life. There’s nothing better in winter than a hot chocolate or cocoa to keep you warm and toasty - and nothing beats a decadent mouthful of pure chocolate bliss to fix all of life's little problems.
But chocolate may soon be a rarity, as it is one of a number of plants threatened by climate change. Learn how chocolate is grown and manufactured; and then enjoy tasting a variety of decadent flavours, as we learn how to make the best hot chocolate ever and explore the bean to bar world of exotic chocolate flavours.
Meet at the Auditorium at the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens
