You don't have to be professional, I’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of making a chocolate bar, chocolate truffles and chocolate-covered strawberries in only 4 hours. Together we can create something magical!✨❤️
I'll demonstrate, explain, instruct, help and correct and share my techniques, tips and tricks throughout the whole workshop. Getting ready to have lots of fun, laughs and lots of chocolate mess ?
3 hours chocolate workshop includes:
?Overview of the bean-to-bar chocolate process.
?Creating your own 75% chocolate from 3 ingredients.
?Tempering methods, molding, decorating chocolate bars will your favorite nuts and dried fruits.
?Truffle Making & Decorating
? 9 pieces of truffle box and 3 chocolate bars of your creation to take home with you.
?Refreshments with a glass of sparkling wine to celebrate your chocolate success.
